Cast Lapel Pins

Pewter cast - commonly called centrifugal or spin cast lapel pins are a great way to make a custom shaped pin that is economical and fast. Our model maker hand carves your design in pewter. That master model is then replicated many times over in a rubber mold. The mold spins at high RPM and when molten pewter is poured in the center, it is forced into the cavities of the mold.

Pewter is a great material because it is very versatile. It can be polished to a mirror finish, it can be sandblasted into a matte finish or given a satin / brushed finish.

We offer 10 day production on jewelry cast pins in the pewer finish at no extra charge!
